I have a 2000 (according to registration) Ford Focus Ghia 1.6L Auto. Steering wheel is on the right side and I believe it was built in the UK.
I don't have the original owner's manual or much service history from the previous owners, but have downloaded a pdf from the ford UK service website by providing the VIN number (returned a result of 2001 Ford Focus).

The 12V cigarette lighter socket is not providing power. I thought it may have been a fuse issue, but opening the cabin fuse box I have run into a problem.

The fuse ratings according to this owner's manual differ significantly from the current fuses in the car. Anyone here with the same car able to check theirs? Has the Ford website provided me with the wrong manual? Or has a previous owner used the wrong fuses?

Photos attached.

(I have pulled 47 to check it, it was a 7.5A fuse)
