Really with auto trans no skill is involved other than reaction time so just hit the gas and you will win with the 10 extra horses. The front stress bar won't help, but the intake should give you like 2 more horses so call it 12 extra.

You also have more torqe, You should take him no problem. Just dont race on the street. Call him out and do it at your local track and beat him in front of a crowd.
