Alright guys. I have an 02 ZX3... but I really like the 17x7 SVT Euro rims. Right now I have 16's on the ZX3, with the tire size of 205/50/R16. I am very new with tires and wheels, etc. I have absolutely no experience with them... lol. But my question is, if I got the 17's... would I have to get new tires, or could I squeeze them on my tires that I have now? Otherwise, for you SVT owners, what size tires do you have with these rims?

You need 215/45R17 tires for stock SVT rims.

nope.. you wont be able to squeeze them on ur new 17', get new tires - 215/45/17

I'll be running 205/40's on mine until I upgrade to the 215/45's later, Hey I have the 205's laying around doing nothing.

I tend to tell people to stay away from the 205 40 game. It essentially kills your final gear ratio and makes 1st gear so freaking short it's basically no existent for regular driving

gotta get new tires do some research on different sites and you may find a good deal on those wheels or even a knock off set I got my wheels and tires from www.wheelsnext.com for about $600 and had them in three days www.capaldiracing.com has those exact wheels for $103.50 plus shipping
