The 17" tire size is 215/45-R17, which gives you a pretty decent selection of performance tires.
But FWIW, I did autocross on the stock 17"s for a couple years and they're fine. If you think your wheels are hindering your performance, maybe try using a better tire rather than dropping $1200 on performance wheels + tires.
Few years ago I picked up the (now discontinued in our 4x108 pattern) TR Motorsport FF10 wheels from Tire Rack. They're 14lb each and make a pretty big difference in handling, even with all season tires. But again, tires will ultimately make more difference than wheel weight.
i have a 2011 ford focus 2.0 with a few mods. id like to get a stock intake manifold without the swirl flaps what cars did they come without swirl flaps im sure someone has done this before.. also does anyone run a different tb off a mustang?? with a stock manifold simple mods??? figured id ask...
alright guys this is my current situation, i have a '10 focus 2.0 98k miles and i have two spark plug holes the look exactly like this and i currently can't get 2 plugs out.. any idea what could have caused this?
