I have a 14 SE that continues to wake up dead....at first I thought was a weak until I found that if I tried starting a few x it would eventually roll over?
I did find that it has a weak ground on a welded on stud above the engine compartment fuse box, I stripped the paint t off the stud cleaned every connection accessible, let it sit long enough disconnected from battery to initiate adaptive learning but still does some. Also the AC seems to come and go as my wife says.
One more question; Can this cause transmission shift irregularities ?
Any advice?

Perform a parasitic draw test. Set up your meter, measure, pull one fuse, measure, continue until the current draw drops significantly. This will help you isolate the problem to one specific circuit.
