'13 SE - Front End Noise/Transmission Issues - tired of the issues

Hello guys/girls,

For some reason I cannot post in the older thread (link here)

In summary, my issues is whenever I turn my wheel (left or right) when I am standing or low-speed, it makes this popping noise. It used to be periodic and quiet. However now - it is quite and annoying and my guess not safe as well.

Either way, I got my focus brand new, love the car and how it used to drive. Since then I have been in my dealership's service department so much, I know everyone there on the first name basis. The first note that I want to make is that my dealership was willing to help AND helpful in getting my issues addressed. Unfortunately, months and months later, I am still with the same issues that seem to have gotten even worse. On top of that, my transmission is making some awful noises when it switches from 1st to 2nd and sometimes even 3rd gears when I am accelerating in the city. Sometimes the car will just lunge forward and I have to be ready to "catch" it to not cause an accident, keep more distance in traffic as well. Either way, clearly, that's not supposed to be like that.

I've been in service more than 5 times now, trying to get rid of that issues. My dealerships performed all the possible TSB's for my problem, put in new parts, added extra grease, etc etc. The problem is still there and is getting worse. I tried to get ford involved, regional managers etc etc. I believe at this point, they are and I do have a case open, so I thank the reps on this forums for getting it all organized. I just wish that this process would resolve a little faster. My dealership also told me that they made some calls and are trying to see what Ford says. Ford on the other hand told me that I have to go through my dealership? (at least the first time I spoke to them). But why? My dealership has nothing to do with how the car was made, as it was made in Michigan. I am definitely confused there.

At this point in my experience of owning my first new focus, I told my dealership I want to get a new car since this one seems to be having this problem over and over and I am frankly not entirely comfortable driving something that can potentially be a threat. Obviously my dealership can only go so far with helping me with a new car and it has to be Ford Canada stepping in and taking care of this, because I don't feel like I should be punished financially with paying for a new car all over again just because I got a "bad apple".

Dealer is taking the car in on the 23rd of this month for an undetermined period of time (can take a few weeks, if it needs new transmission parts, etc). and I'll be getting a rental, so I am really thankful to my dealership for taking care of this in the best way they can. We'll see how it goes I guess.

This time, I also made a video of the noise that I am talking about. Turn up the volume as I used my phone and my car's engine is on. Its especially obvious on the right side (towards the end of the video, starting at 37 seconds).

Does anyone else have a similar experience and/or advice on what department at Ford Canada I should call to try and take care of this problem. Am I being unreasonable in wanting another car? I really love my focus too, put in lots of extra things in it (painted rotors, tinted it, etc.) and I am really sad that it is giving me so many problems, but I don't think I could re-sell a car that had/has so many issues with it right in its first year. Either way, any advice/tips/suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out, ReDDot. I responded to your private message earlier today, and will include this in your case. Please know that I've reached out to your regional CSM and requested that a call be made to you as soon as possible. I'll keep an eye out for any other updates from you.
