I bought Ford Focus Mk2 1.6 TDCI 109PS 2009y car.
It runs into limp mode very often and 2 failure codes are thrown: P2002, P0299.

I tried to run static DPF regeneration, but it didn't help.

I started to read related topics and found out that my DPF differential pressure sensor is disconnected as can be seen on the photo below.

So why would anyone disconnect it? And is it very possible that this causes all the problems?
I can't find the cable to connect to sensor. Where is it? Where it comes from?

Please help.
