so i have an 09 coupe you all know by now

it has H&R coilovers

** I DIDNT KNOW IF YOU LOWERED IT TOOO MUCH **
that the sway bar would bend the mount!!!!
I was either at 23in or lower than 23in
never did measure it but today i raised the front end to 24 1/4
to compensate for this bend in my sway bar mount.
** ^^^^WISH I NEW THIS^^^^ **

this makes me sad to think that pushing my car to its limits with professional suspension caused this issue
now i am stuck with a bent strut on passenger side and a perfect one on the driver side.

JUST SO EVERYONE ELSE DOESNT GO THRU THIS PAIN AND LOSS IN EXPENSES
** DO NOT LOWER YOUR CAR PAST 23.5 inches!!!**

(PS: do you all think that the mighty H&R will warranty my strut??)

Thank you my Team

this is good to know. not sure about your warranty but i think i saw in another thread that slammed just bent his back and got adjustable end links. i think i will just go for the adjustable end links before i go lower. i'm currently at 24 and never had a problem.

As stated in another thread by you, H&R will replace the strut if you send it in and your strut is able to be fixed. If not they'll send you another strut replacement. You will have to call who you purchased it from.
