Does anyone know what this does? If you go through the menu while listening to Sirius there is an option to save song. If you select ok it says the song was saved.

I am almost certain it is not storing the song within the receiver. My best guess is it is saving the artist and song title to my Sirius account (I assume I have one) so I can reference it later?

Anyone have any idea how this works?

I was just playing with my friend's tonight, and you can save a song or artist and everytime a song played by the artist you saved or the song you saved is played ANYWHERE on the sirius network, it will let you know and you can go to where it's playing.

Sorry for the delay in posting, I got real busy over the past few days.

Thanks for the reply trailbikerider, that makes sense. I haven't ever had it alert me about the songs I’ve saved, but then again I only flip between 2 or 3 stations, all of the same genre.
