I finally found a 05-07 tach cluster and had some saleen style faces made and changed out to the SVT bezel.I always liked the clean look of the Saleen faces except for a few things i had left off mine to clean up the look a little more.

Here is mine in comparison with the real Saleen cluster.

damn dude, that looks really nice. you could dremel away the pieces of plastic that separate the gauges if you wanna complete the look. either way, it looks good.

I have the other bezel i actually swaped to the the SVT bezel because i prefer the looks of it.

nice. so did you you do a complete cluster swap then? if you did, and your other cluster has a tach, i would take it off your hands.

My car came with no tach i bought a used cluster with a tach and changed the gauge faces and bezel on it.

ah, damn. ive been hunting for a cluster with a tach and about the same miles forever with no luck

I found another cluster that is alot closer to my mileage so i will be using it.It is an ST cluster so i have the option of using the silver ST bezel or the black SVT bezel.I still think the black bezel looks better with the white Saleen faces.

Gauge Cluster transplant

Here is the predicament I am in. Last Oct. I totaled my '02 ZX3 it had only 22k on the odo and I was just getting ready to pull the trigger on a Kugel swap kit. Where there was so much to be ditched from the original car I decided to buy a left over '07 base model which I picked up for a huge discount as a replacement.

The only real problem I have with the car is the baseline gauge cluster, which I would like to swap for either an SVT or at very least a full gauge package. I remember reading a thread about this on here about 8 months ago but now I can find it and my searching skill are falling on their face. Anyone done a complete gauge swap and/or transplant with a 4.6L? Talked to the folks a Kugel and they assumed I already had full instrumentation.
