So long story short bolt it broken off on the ac compressor and I'd rather just take it off and bypass it. Is there a belt that would work WITHOUT using a bypass pulley? Would I have to route it differently? Trying not to have to take the motor out and get major work done to it.

So how can I make it work without the ac compressor without adding a bypass pulley?

I see the no ac diagram has another idler pulley on the bottom right. Does my WITH AC motor still have that bolt hole so I could just buy an idler pulley and a no ac belt and leave the ac comp off and run it like a no ac?

Yes, you can do that. I did it on mine.
The hole is there; just get the idler pulley and the non-A/C belt and you are good to go.
Might want to change your tensioner pulley and water pump while you are there.
