Just like it says are the bends the same for either years I found a stainless exhaust for a 04 for an awesome price and I got a 05 wagon. I Dortmund doing a little bit of cut and weld

Bends are the same as the body didn't change.

What model it came off will determine mods for length if it wasn't from a Wagon.

Engine type it came off determines whether the front will fit as is, '04's didn't have a 2.0 duratec. You've got multiple possibilities for what engine it came from, 2.3 D/zetec/even SPI.

It says it fits all zx3 and zx5, if I add a section to front I'd should be good.

Add to the back for sedan/wagon vs. ZX3/ZX5.

You might not need to add at the front, just adapt to duratec.

No... Wagon exhaust will be 9" longer in the rear. Body kits are the same, the front part will fit, but the back will not.

If I were you, I'd look up MBRP online, then call them (in Canada), and they will probably make one for you. They used to make one for wagons. That's what has been on my car for like 8 years now. The only thing I didn't like was that they use one of the rear tow hooks for a hanger, but you can have a hanger welded in place at any muffler shop and re-use the factory rubber strap mount.

No, but they're both longer in the rear than the ZX3/5.
