I wish I had posted this earlier, but I've been out of touch for a while. 02fokuz ripped me off for over $200 bucks as well. Also a paypal "payment pending" scam. Everyone let me know If you know anything about this guy. I have no qualms about wasting another couple hundred bucks on a plane ticket to visit this guy.
