I knows its an electrical prob I get power inside the car but none to turn the starter I replaced the battery cables but there's still nothing

How fast is that little red light above the Hazard switch flashing? If it's going faster than normal, the PATS system may have been accidentally deactivated, hence why it won't turn over for you. You'll have to get it to the dealer if that's the case.

I don't remember what the cost of it was. I'm sure someone else will chime in in a bit.

Is it a stick? If so, it could be the clutch/starter interlock switch on the clutch pedal arm. Just pull the plunger out a little and it will reset its self.

It is an automatic ill check the light but I don't think its that the starter was turning slowly I changed the cables because they were frayed and the starter never turned again. T
There's power in the car but the starter won't turn

Starter is good I think the pats may have been deactivated for real it just won't start the starter won't move but it there's power where it should be
