Anyone ever had this happen?






I'm going to try and repair this but was curious if there are any special tricks/hints that could be provided before I tear into it? What do u recommend I use to glue the material down with? Any write ups or threads on this topic, as I could not find any?

Never seen that before. If it were my car, I would pull the trim piece out, pure some crazy glue or something down it, and roll it down flat. Hopefully the material has not stretched so it goes back down without any ripples.

Mine did that too. Once I took that whole panel off, I realized how cheaply made that panel is.
Ford did a half ass job on the inside of that panel and obviously at the top.

Was it easy taking that panel off, any snags?

Its happen to me last time so what I did is I pull out the panel and I used Shoe Glue it works perfect save your money for labor..its works every vinyl and rubber. Good Luck AloHa!
