Hey guys, my 01 ZX3's e-brake is starting to slip. I adjusted it last summer and now everytime I pull my brake it slips and puts massive tension on my car because i park on a hill. I was wondering if there was a part to replace it or would I need to replace the entire e-brake?

Cables can stretch over time or bind internally in which case a replacement cable is likely called for. It's a relatively straightforward removal and replacement procedure. Some underbody exhaust heat shielding may have to be removed to get access.

Before doing that though, check that all the mechanical pivot arms on the back of the brake drums aren't seized and move freely. Check your rear brake shoes aren't worn excessively as well. (The handbrake works by forcing out the brake shoe using a mechanical link instead of the regular hydraulic operation.)
