I have an 00 spi se that ive had for a little under a year. its major issue has been that on hard stops, the car will randomly stall out. I looked around online and saw a few suggestion:
battery or ground loose-they seem to be ok, and while the battery light does come on when the car stall, the radio on all other electrical systems stay on with no issue-they dont even blink out for a second. So doesnt that rule that cause out?
IAC valve-from what Ive read this seems to be the culprit, but again, its something Im not too sure of. Ive read that the iac valve may need to be cleaned and could just be jamming up on these hard stops. If this is true, any photos of the iac valve's location on the focus si engine? I have a general idea, I just dont want to go taking apart unnecessary things
thanks for any help!
