On cold mornings, the car cranks but takes several minutes to start. Mechanic changed fuel pump to fuel rail. No fuel pressure while cranking. Temperature sensors read correctly. Once it starts, it runs fine for the rest of the day. Mechanic couldn't figure it out. Anyone smarter than my mechanic?

I bought this OBX Header for our team's Escort ZX2 race car, unfortunately the header does not clear the ZX2 oil pan design. This was a new header that we mocked up fitment only. It got a bit dirty from handling it, but has never been used and includes new gaskets.
