I will be adding Recaro's to my car soon and I want to hook up the heated seats and the power seat (driver side only) but not sure the best way to do that. Per the owners manual, the electric seat is hooked up to a 20amp fuse and the heated seats go to a 15 amp fuse.

Can I safely use two of these "ATO/ATC Add-a-Circuit" to get the proper power/protection?

It says it comes with and can do 15 and 20amp fuses, my only concern is the ones listed by Amazon and similarly sold at the auto parts stores specifically say max of 10amps (LittleFuse from Amazon.) If thats not the best way, what are my alternatives?

Second question, what size wiring do i need to use? Can I use 14 gauge for both or does the 20amp need 12 gauge?

I wouldn't use those to power the seats directly, but you could use one of those to control a 40-Amp Relay from an ignition controlled power source. Maybe the power sunroof? Even if your car doesn't have a sunroof there should be a fuse spot in the fuse box for a sunroof.

Do you have experience wiring with a relay?
