Thanks for all your help guys, but I've finally decided on this deck from crutchfield (by the way, for the focus the trim kit isn't free, you have to pay an extra $20 for it)
      http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?search=Kenwood+KDC-MP438U&i=113MP438U
      And here's the trim kit:
      http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?search=Ford+Focus+Kit&i=003FMK565
I was going to get the kenwood plug that plugs into the USB slot to allow me to control my iPod through the receiver, but I was doing the online chat thing on the site and they said that the cord that came with my iPod to hook it up to the computer would work too, so that'll save me $20.

Ok, I don't know how you did it, but I just added this deck to the cart on Crutchfield's site, and it came up with ALL the needed accessories FREE, including the dash kit.

Well, I went and I couldn't find any better deals, so I decided to step up one notch and I'm getting this:
      http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?search=Kenwood+eXcelon+KDC-X492&i=113KDCX492

Not quite sure what the difference between the two is, but whatever. lol
The differences are (found these by looking at the Features/Specs link on each decks' Crutchfield page): (Things the Excelon has over the standard Kenwood deck) 2 year warranty vs. 1 year, 4 volt RCA pre-outs vs. 2.5 volt, better/more adjustable equalizer, buttons light up all blue vs. red/blue.

I would take another look out there, at the Pioneer line up...both the 4000UB (http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=300&i=130DEHP4UB&tp=5684) and the 5000UB (http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=300&i=130DEHP500&tp=5684) are better units than either of the Kenwood units you linked to, both with the sound shaping (equalizer) and better sound quality, as well as better user interfaces.

I just bought a Head Unit (JVC KD-AHD59 if anyone cares), but when I opened the box I realized it was solely the head unit with no mounting stuff. So here's my question: What do I need to install this head unit properly?

An In-Dash Reciever Kit I would think for sure...

Will I need any other mounting stuff for it or will that suffice? And also will I need an aftermarket wiring harness also?
