Where to find a Zetec ECU and harness

Hi

I'm looking for a good (and in good condition Zetec ECU and wiring harness)
The reason for this is that I have a MKI Focus in South America. Recently I overhauled my engine, but the ECU has some limitations (most important one is that it's a different ECU from Ford Brazil and if it dies for any reason I'll need to find the USA ECU regardless.

Also I kinda want to go turbo, but my ECU has no provisions for a KS and from my reading tuning is a lot more difficult without one.

So, does anyone know were to find both of these?
Does anyone have experience on how hard this work is? replacing the harness sounds like a nightmare, but I still want this car to end up as good as it can be (within a certain budget)

My current setup:
- Focus Ghia 5-Door, 5-speed
- Zetec 2.0 DOHC, 10.0:1 CR, FR head, 249-108200 cams
- M3000ZX3 Suspension Kit

I don't really want a 500whp monster or anything like that. And on a hindsight I probably should have built-in lower compression instead of going 10.0:1 but it is what it is.

If I end up going boost I don't want big boost either way, 220-240hp is my goal.

Anyway, if anyone knows were to source these parts (I'd prefer a new harness at least) I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Whenever you think community may have the answers Tom has them first :)

By the way, isn't PATS a problem if you end up changing ECUs?
