Finder liner replacement

So I had a bit of bad luck with my front bumpers valance falling while I was doing 80. It broke the valance, air deflector and ate up a fender liner. The valance and air deflector are pretty straightforward. What I'm a little concerned about is the fender liner on the right front. I've never replaced a liner and I'm not sure if I'll need any special tools or if theres anything I should be aware of when replacing it.

If anyone has any tips or instructions I'd be eternally grateful

set of torx bits, i dont recall what they are but its a normal size between T20-T40. I want to say there might also be a small socket size bit like 6-8mm in there too.
