FrankenSVT pt3

Well I found another issue that explains why my oil pressure gauge fluctuated with the throttle. it seems as though a hose that connects something near the throttle body to my oil reservoir had been cut and sealed with larger hose and masking tap. However what I'm more concerned about is the hose that has been plugged with a locknut, bolt, and masking tap. Something about that one doesn't feel right... anyone know that that is supposed to be?

There are two little tube ones that go to the EVAP canister in the engine bay. one with the large disconnect and the one that is awkwardly going over it.

The one wrapped in blue tape is you PVC line that routes to the front OIL air separator and PVC valve.

The one with the screw goes to a line that runs along the top of the intake manifold and plugs into two places on the fuel rail. I am not entierly sure on the purpose those have, the regular Zetec has 1 at the front end, the SVT has an extra one between injectors 2 and 3. (to help pull vacuum or prevent vapor lock?)

Also neither of those would / should impact oil pressure gauge, the oil pressure sensor is a switch just like on the regular Zetec motor. there are many discussions about the true nature of the oil pressure and temperature gauge and how they get their "data"

Oil psi comes from the oil sending unit on the back of the block between the starter and oil filter area

The oil pressure is supposed to fluctuate with the throttle.

Tom has the $4.54 Motorcraft oil pressure sensor which is reported on all schematics as a switch be confirmed that it is not a switch but is a analog sending unit?

MOTORCRAFT SW5440, Every where I see description of this is says switch. and abbreviated SW at the front of the part number would also indicate it is a switch.
