Front brakes, BEAR has a upgrade don't they? A twin piston or 4 piston setup? Think massive also has a setup for larger than SVT.

For ball joints, C-F-M front control arms with the heim joints.

I was looking for something for the street. I've had Mustangs on FK bearings and it's not conducive to my daily drive. I have poly bushings and Moog problem solver ball joints, so I was going to rebuild the stock arms. But if the newer ball joints and bearings are superior I was hoping to find a way to use a Ford knuckle with a Brembo caliper ala ST with RS kit.
It looks like the MkIII stuff fits it's just the axles that need seem to be an issue. I have a spare set of SVT axles that I could have MkIII CV joints installed IF it would work.

I'm looking for improvements for my SVT, both to the ball joint and front brake options.
You would have to find a way to use the MkIII outer end of the CV joint with the inner, axle shaft portion from the MkI. I haven't taken the CV joints apart to see if that is possible. I lengthened my LCAs to compensate for the longer MkIII axles, which helped geometry for track use - but probably not practical for a dd. For brakes, I will use the Ford RS Brembo package, which requires a bigger diameter wheel. Some 18s will clear the Brembo calipers. StopTech has a nice set-up, but plenty pricy.

KAAZ LSD Install

Here is something I ran across installing a new KAAZ LSD. When I installed the speed sensor ring, the bearing would not hold it tightly and it had both lateral run-out and vertical movement. Not good. The problem was that the LSD case has multiple holes drilled in the end and these holes lined up with the tabs on the speed sensor ring (8 total, 4 to position the ring laterally and 4 to put vertical tension on the ring) so there was no surface for the tabs to contact. After discussions with the KAAZ engineers, who were very responsive, I found that I could slightly trim the 2 nylon indexing tabs on the ring so I could re-index the ring on the case so that the tabs would line up with solid metal on the case. See photos.

Wow, you'd think Kaaz would of figured/thought about that to begin with. Glad you got it figured out & they took your inputs & helped you.

I will be referencing this in the near future when I go with the KAAZ. Are you going full race clutch stack up.

Light weight flywheel and probably a Stage 3 clutch - I'm pretty easy on the clutch and it is a road race car, not a launching drag car. In two seasons I never had an issue with my single disk Sachs clutch.
