First tank of gas, total of 330 miles on car, trip computer says 32.5 mpg. Will see if that works out when I fill it up tomorrow. 62 mile round trip to/from work, 1/3 city, 2/3 hwy, sometimes 30 mph on hwy.

Filled up tank, 10.6 gallons. Trip computer said 20 miles to empty. 333 total miles equals 31.4 mpg. So the fuel calculator in the dash is off by about 1 mpg. Now 31 mpg does not sound that great for a 1.0L 3 cylinder Ecoboost engine. but factor in that it took just over 9 hrs to drive 333 miles, you can see that the opportunity to drive in a manner that promotes good fuel economy is just not there. I am going on a road trip in a few weeks and should see what realistic fuel mileage really is.

'16 Focus Hatch Ti DCT. Since I bought the car in mid. Nov. have averaged 31.8 MPG over 2000 miles, 60/40 HWY/CTY. Have been using the remote starter pretty regularly (hate being cold) and I have a traffic laden 2.5 mile 4 stop loop running errands at work daily that brings down my average. I don't have a light foot, but keep it to around 75mph on the HWY because I don't want tickets. Mods are snorkel delete, AEM DryFlow, and RS Airbox. For comparison my former TDI diesel Golf was getting around 37 MPG under the same conditions.

I hope that's what I average when I pick mine up. Seems like it will be the same thing you own('16Ti, hatch, DCT) and 31.8mpg average would be okay with me.

Went to my parents 4.5 hrs away and averaged 33.7mpg doing 70-75 most of the way. I dropped a K&N filter in while I was there and my average topped out at 37mpg for a little while but leveled out to 34-35mpg for the rest of the return trip. Not bad for only a simple filter upgrade.

fuel economy is pretty poor on the track. 100% throttle most of the time.

02 svt, new to me but previous owner gave me 80,000 miles of records. About 28 avg with a high of 32.6 and a low of 24.5. Almost every tank was in the 27 to 29 range.
