not really. there was a bit of a smell but the guy i got it from bought it from an auction site, so they possibly cleaned it as best they could. there's still quite a bit of dried muck under the seats, but unless i told you where the water went up to, you'd never know it was a flood car. guy i bought it from is a buddy in the local miata group and he already did a water pump, belt, tensioner, and he bought a few interior bits like the cruise control buttons and a couple modules that i'm still not sure what they are lol
