Hello, I am a new user, I own a 2002 Zx5

Hello, I joined here because I have my 2002 Zx5 focus and it's getting older hehehe. I moved my residence and lost my long-time mechanic whom I trust. So I need neutral (and wise) advice on some issues. My car has a story and a name from the previous owner. I bought "Rex" repaired from a person who fixes auction cars and imports them to Mexico, the car came with an envelope saying the owner wishes the car has a good life and that would buy back if possible after auction. I did contact and tried to explain this was impossible as the car ended up in Mexico but would give it a good life abroad. The owner was happy the car still runs and would be well-kept.

So there you go, a brief introduction and will go on finding where to post my question,

Thanks for reading
Laura

How many miles on your 2002 ZX5? I had a 2002 ZTW (sedan). It lasted 180,000 miles. It was a northern car from the rust belt and that accelerated its demise. I replaced the clutch at 150,000 miles. I currently have a 2007 Wagon with 160,000 miles that is going strong and still on the original clutch.
