Gauge cluster color change

New to the forum! I have a 2015 Ford Focus se with the 1.0 EcoBoost. I am wondering if there is a way to change the color of the cluster needles, radio buttons and hvac buttons.

I figured there was a colored piece of blue under every button and I was gonna see if it’s possible to use acetone to remove it, and then color them with a sharpie, but I haven’t seen them apart nor do I know the first step.
