Manual Swap Problems

So last weekend, I decided to take on the challenge of swapping the MTX-75 in and for the most part, everything went smooth. Then the time came for the initial start, eagerly finishing up, put the key in....and nothing.
So over the past week I've been messing with things here and there and now I'm at a loss as to what it could be anymore. Everything is plugged in, all grounds were taken off and cleaned, the P/N SW is grounded (GY-OG), in fact we tried 3 different grounds, still nothing. All relays and starter is good, if I manually jump the relay, it will turn over. When I turn the key, there's no fuel pump prime or anything. Perhaps someone else that's done the swap ran into a similar problem?

I really hope this ends up being the problem.

Indeed, still nothing. What's weird is the ignition relay clicks when key is turned and starter relays good. Everything seems well besides the tree on the dash

I'm now realizing that neither an ELM or the X4 can connect to the car. I have a feeling something more serious is going on, or could be a simple fuse that I didn't check.

Fixed! When we put the upper transmission mount back on, the communication wires to the PCM got pinched and broke. Spliced back together and she started right up.
