White Exhaust Smoke

Just as the title says, I am experiencing white exhaust smoke under load, extreme lack of power, and rough idling on my 2015 Focus 1.0. After inspection, I do not see any external leaks nor have I ever had to add coolant in the three years and 86k miles I have owned and driven the car. With a quick Internet search I came across this:

https://ford.oemdtc.com/3985/coolant-consumption-white-smoke-and-or-runs-rough-2014-2017-ford-fiesta-2015-2018-focus-2018-2019-ecosport"]https://ford.oemdtc.com/3985/coolant-consumption-white-smoke-and-or-runs-rough-2014-2017-ford-fiesta-2015-2018-focus-2018-2019-ecosport

Has anyone else experienced this? I have another car to drive so I can repair this on my own since I'd rather not take this car to a dealer but since it is so new I feel like I wont have a choice.

I have not yet, I wanted to let the car cool off since it was so hot under the hood and in the upper 90s here.
I went to look at the car a couple minutes ago and get out my pressure tester and I noticed there is hardly any coolant in the reservoir now so there is an obvious internal leak now. I went to pull the spark plugs out to perform a leak down test and I have no socket to fit. My 5/8" socket wouldn't come close. Is it possible these engines require a thin-wall socket?

Common problem for the 1L actually (in Europe, in NA there's isn't much with the 1L here). I don't know much more other then that. Sorry.

Sounds like a head gasket issue.

I just used a normal socket, but I remember not using a 5/8s socket on the plugs.
