Which of these is the easiest to fix?

If the bank 1 sensor 1 is the top o2 sensor I can do that easy. I think I can do the purge valve. The vapor leak I have no idea. Could it be related to the other two things? Like if I fix those might ithat code go away also?

A side note: occasionally right after getttg gas the car doesn't want to start the first try. Only after getting gas.

I changed the spark plugs today and one of the coil packs broke. I smushed it back together so the spring coil is touching the metal in the top part, and all cylinders are working, but I'm assuming I should change that, too.

I would do the purge valve first and clear the codes and then see what pops up. One can cause another. . What year is your car? Is it covered under the recall?
