Passenger side mirror wore plug

Hello, I need some help. I just bought a 2017 Ford focus service hatch. The passenger side mirror appears to have been replaced at some point and I think it was done at home poorly. The switch on the driver door moves the mirror but its inverted kind of. Left Right on controller moves mirror up down. Up down hardly works. And the outside temp always reads -40. I opened the area where the wire plug is and there were three wires not attached to anything. I was hoping someone could post a few pics of there plug so I can see how it should look on a working mirror. Non heated non dimming just power adjust. Thank you
