The end links will have no real bearing on the situation. As long as the hardware does its job, the biggest factor is the anti sway bar’s stiffness, or torsional rigidity. Diameter is the main factor.

By “hardware doing its job”, I mean the bushings must be fairly rigid and end links can’t have play in them. No flex.

You can’t “tighten up” end links. One is in compression while the other is in tension. Preloading only works for oval track guys who only turn one direction.
