Plethora of Questions

Hey, so I purchased my 2017 SEL back in August (F*** DCT). When I bought it, it had some paint chips from the previous owner which is to be expected from rocks and stuff on the road. Before I sold my other vehicle I made sure to put 3 coats of wax on it over 3 days to prevent more chips from occurring. I have waxed it twice since and the chips just keep appearing. I avoid gravel roads and stay far enough behind cars so I don't get hit by rocks in their tires but the amount of chips is rediculous. I have tried caranuba, liquid, and synthetic wax with no success. What have you guys found to help with this? I will attach pictures.

Next is the black rails along the roof, they have spots all along them. The texture is no different than the metal itself. To me it reminds me of rust but I'm not certain. Anyone else experience this and have any tips on how to get rid of it or prevent it from growing? Pics are below

There are probably thousands of golden spots on the back of my car. I'm almost certain it's just dirt stains from the previous owner. They come off when I scratch it with my nail but it takes a good bit of effort. Seeing that there are thousands of them, I can't just use my nail. Would a pressure washer get it off? What PSI is safe for clear coat/paint? Or any other tips? As usual, pics are below.

Finally, DCT. Man, had I known the '17 was still having problems I would have never bought this car, at least not the AT. Almost every time I accelerate, especially uphill, my transmission makes a terrible grinding sound, my engine shakes and pulses, and my tires skid with the pulsing of the engine. I have brought it to Ford several times and just been told it's normal and was designed that way. It feels like someone who doesn't know how to drive a stick shift isn't giving it enough gas when accelerating. This happens whether I accelerate gently or more aggressively. Seeing that the service shop is useless, are there any tips that the community has discovered to help with this? I figure replacing the engine mount would help with the shaking but I fee like it won't effect the grinding noise or pulsing.

Thanks for all your help guys.

All the correction in the world isn't going to get rid of the chips, you'll need to scuff & shoot that panel...A orbital polisher will do wonders w/ a good products. Wash it really good & then use a good clay bar & detail spray so the paint is super smooth....Griots makes a great polisher, I'd use their m/f ''micro fiber'' pads....Use good products such as Menzena fg400 w/ a medium cut 2500 & top it off w/ colorlock or power lock...My fav is Wolfgang's uber compound, next total swirl remover topped w/ a Pinnacle wax........http://autogeek.com....

That bottom pic looks more like rail rust than paint chipping.

Yeah that last Pic was the "golden spots" I mentioned. Now that I know what it's called I can Google some fixes. Thanks!
