Am I missing something?

I figure the ST will probably start around 27,000. If a fully decked out Titanium stops there, the ST will probably start around there.
A bit steep, but I think it's worth the price.
NOPE! Although, Ford did announce a 5-spd option with the SE Sport package (suspension, 4 wheel disc and 17" wheels) but I haven't seen that on the website yet.

I'm still waiting for the ST to come.

Fully loaded anyway, not surprising though...look at the options you get. But, if you consider a base model price, take away the my ford touch, the sunroof, winter package, and the parking sensor option pack.

Look at it this way, titanium focus comes in at 23,490 with destination. The ST will probably have options like myford touch, sunroof, premium package (which comes with stuff like rain sensing wipers, leather seats etc), winter package and nav. That will probably be the extent of the options. So go like this, titanium comes with myford touch package, so take out 1000 from the price. 22,490. Then take out powershift which the ST won't have...another grand. Your down to 21,490. But now you gotta add in price for ST extras. Ecoboost, upgraded suspension and the upgraded interior bits like the Recaros. I'm going to estimate to the highest, which would probably be 25k for a base ST. Now add in options and you could probably hit 30k...maybe. Myford touch is only 1k, premium is like 1.5k, Nav, is 800, and Winter package is like another 700. It'll prob come in at just below 30k.

BUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! If you look at current pricing structure, the ST is not over 2k more then the titanium focus, its about a grand. We have to wait to see the actually ST pricing and that probably won't be for a whole year, but theres no reason not to assume that the new Focus ST base model will be 24k to start.

It'll be her car. Of course, I'll probably do most of the driving but the SVT is staying with me until the ST arrives.
