I did. Follow the instructions for the logic reset and get back with me.
I tried a couple times no luck.
I’ve noticed that is making a hinge sound before it comes back. So maybe when I took the motor off the ceiling I putted something wrong. I did a video but is difficult to see

Are you holding the button down or just pushing it once?
On video I’m just pushing it once to show what happens but I did hold as the instructions.

yes it does. If hold the close button it tilts up and close. I can let go in the middle and it will stop in the middle on the tilt. If I press the open button nothing happens

Switch could still have a fault. It is cheaper than a new motor. I would try that first. Or take it to a sunroof specific shop.
