2010 SES Possible Electrical Problem?

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have an issue thats happened about 4 times now, once every few months without anything seeming to cause it. Sometimes when I attempt to start the car (or once even after stopping it and removing the key) the dashboard will start to freak out and all the lights will rapidly flicker, the car may fail to start, the AC will not power on. On one of these occasions the car did start but would not release from park. So far it's happened twice this year and it happened twice in the last 2 years prior to these incidents as well. Even without the key everything will continue to run as if it's on the accessory setting. It will eventually stop on its own after 5-15 minutes and I can start the car normally again and everything will function like normal.

If anyone knows what this is caused by or possibilities please let me know. Thanks!

I suggest having your battery tested.
