HXDB - Thermostat / Cooling System

Hi... Any ideas? I have replaced my Dec 2007 HXDB 1.6 Duratec with same but Jan 2007. Nearly done and noticed that Ford changed thermostat design. The earlier which I now have includes sender and 3 hose connections instead of 2 in the later version. Soooooo. Will the loom connector fit / function with the older thermostat housing and how do I plumb the hoses? Nightmare. The engine has standard oil cooler.
Would appreciate your comments. Thx.

PANIC OVER... no sensor expected in loom for later Mk2 and bolt pattern of newer housing is same as old... New thermostat and housing without sender. Sorted. Thx for viewing.
