Problem with radio/sync/cruise

Hello All!

My name is Jay and I am new to the Focus world and also new to forums so forgive me for asking a question that may have a simple answer.

I have a 2010 Ford Focus SE. Recently (just today) many of the interior electronics seem to have died. The stereo, snyc system, and cruise control have all stopped working.

The radio display still works but instead of giving any accurate information it just says "FORD FOCUS" all the time. It turns on and off with the car as it should. Their doesn't seem an change in brightness.

The heat, defrost, headlights and blinkers all seem to work. No warning lights on the dash or error messages in the message center.

I live in south eastern Wisconsin in the USA which means the last several days it has been -25 degrees (-50 with the windchill) and I have to believe this has something to do with this problem. I have kept the car on a charger when not in use so the battery has not died.

As I said, I am totally new to the ford focus platform so any input would be great.

Thank you very much
