09 se custom front lower grille

Hey guys!
Just finshed up my lower grille inserts I made! Just waiting to get them back from powder coating!
What do ya think?

Couldn't tell from the pics, looked solid.

That would be great for Aero, just not sure how great on a hot day. The new ones use grille shutters to close off except when needed.

Will do! Getting them matte black with a bit of gold flake. Sent them to my brother, and everyone knows how that goes, might be a few years before I get them back haha

I sure hope not! I'm planning on cutting out the lower grille entirely on my 08. Might just replace it with some screen from like a window or such. Really want to make the intercooler a bit more visible.

As far as I know, the whole piece unclips from the back, would save you from hacking it up! Having the inter cooler showing, is the best aesthetic part of a turbo setup!

Yes, but to get to it, now requires me to remove the bumper now, which is more than I want to do. I'd cut it in a manor that it could be put back if needed. Probably with some epoxy.
