A 5pin connector? The only connector that comes factory is the seat connector, and its a 10-pin connector (5 pairs) for the seat, usually with only 1 or 2 pairs wired). Did your car originally come with a CD-changer?

Same harness under 2010 SES ZX4

I was wondering if this harness has the same functionality on the later models like the 2010. I need to disconnect it temporarily to take the seats out to clean the carpet. I just can't figure out how to disengage it. I don't wanna break it. It looks complicated to disconnect.

wiring harness under drivers seat

This is my first time to this forum, and i have a question about the wire harness under my drivers seat. I was detailing my car and noticed that there are several wires that are broke off that are coming out of the wire harness, my air bag light has been on for a while and i wonder are the two things connected? If so can I purchase a new one or fix the old one and if I did replace it what is it really called? I would appreciate any feed back. Thanks

First, I applaud your use of the search.
Second, welcome!
Third, are the wires spit where you can spice them back together or are they pulled completely out of the plug? If they are pulled all the way out you may be able to get a new one but its probably a dealer item.

Question Dog chewed through both sides...

I take my pit around in my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 hatchback. Left her a minute too long one day and she chewed through the under seat wiring harness under both seats. Now my seatbelt chime does not chime and my airbag warning light is on all the time. I'd like to just replace the harness that goes under the seats on both sides. Having a hell of a time finding the parts. Has anybody done the legwork already and willing to help a guy out?

Good idea looking at prior threads, but it is better if you start a new one in the right sub forum.
General Technical Chat or maybe Ford Focus First Generation.

Wrecking yards or Craigslist parting out a car, longshot Ebay.
Good Luck!
