Trunk seal, tail lights, seam sealer, qtr panel seams. I'd dry your trunk out real good, then get a hose w/o a nozzle & wrap a rag around the end & have it sit on the rear part of the roof & turn the water on, get into the trunk thru the rear seat w/ a flashlight & see if you see any water coming in. The water will be going down the trunk channel & down the taillights & down the bumper, trunk deck channel. Make sure the push pins at the bumper are in where the bumper cover meets the bottom of the trunk channel. Possibly you might need some dumb-dump around the three tail light studs.
