Hi, I have a 2001 zx3, in the pick n pull today i found a zx5 with rear discs. Does it bolt on all plug and play like if i get the whole assemblies?

Get it all: hoses, hubs, and even e-brake cables. Should be a straightforward swap. For my '03 wagon I took parts from an '01. But I believe 2000 through 2007, maybe even 2011, you should be fine.

Once you get it measure the rotors to know if you have a SVT rear brake conversion or a Advance Track rear conversion.

There is a 1" rotor delta between the two.

Might not want the rotors or the pads... those are usually best to get new

Is there a difference in the install between the two? Do you mean rotor diameter?

If its not a SVT and it s ahatch back then a conversion by a previous owner was made.

Install between the two is the same, the pads are the same. the only difference is the size of the bracket that the caliper uses to mount to the spindle. The SVT one pushes the caliper out futher to allow for a larger diameter rotor.

The Advance track one uses a smaller one.

Both are GREAT upgrades and worth grabbing and using. but it will be important to know which one you have when you go and order new rotors.

Why would it have to be a conversion?
