evaporative emissions control

Cranked up my 2005 zx3 this morning, and was greeted with a nice check engine light. car still runs fine with no fluid leaks and no noticeable drop in mpg or performance. went to advance to get the code read and it is a P0456 (evaporative emissions code). what exactly can I do to fix this, and is it an easy fix. anything is appreciated!

Often it can be only a fuel tank cap not tightened all the way up, past that changing the cap comes next. Then pressure testing or smoke test of the system.
