Power door locks all come with remote entry?

2003 ZX3

I have power door locks, but no remote key fob.
Do all Foci with power door locks also come with remote entry?

I am wondering if I can just buy a replacement remote and program it, perhaps the previous owner lost the key fobs as I bought the car 9 yrs used.

Yeah you can program it, and when you reprogram it the keyfobs that you presume that were there will be deleted from the car. Might as well try it, fobs are only $5-6 bucks now.

I got my Range Rover without a key fob and found a used one for 15 clams. Programmed it and it works great. You can do the same for the Focus. You programming will be a different set of commands but someone here knows how to do it I am certain of it.

Success

Today I received the EBAY purchased key fobs in the mail, programming was simple.
I now have one working key fob.

I bought two fobs, one will not work. I swapped batteries between the two and it still doesn't work. Time to contact the vendor.
