Bad Gas mileage?

I have a 2.0 Ford Focus lx with split port engine. The car has 108,000 miles on it. I just filled up the tank, got just over 60 miles on a half a tank. This can't be right? Is the tripometer in kilometers? Please tell me I'm crazy.

I just changed the oil and oil filter, new plugs and wires, new fuel filter, new air filter, and jiffy lube did an injector cleaning and a bunch of carbon came out.
Overall, car seems like it runs allot smoother, but not understanding why I'm only getting 60 miles on a half a tank?

There is a hose at the top that goes from the crank case and connects to the bottom of the air box. It is broke, I found a house, but can't find the little fitting that goes on the end. This is what I believe the crank case hose, would this cause such bad mpg?

Don't trust the gas gauge to give you any helpful information for mileage calculations. Fill it full. Drive it nearly empty (the farther you go the more accurate the calculation will likely be). Divide miles driven by gallons used. Repeat twice. Report back if it's as bad as you say it is.

Thanks for your input. I'm going ahead and doing maintenance, as it needs to be done anyway.

So far got; oil and oil filter change, plugs and wires, new fuel filter, injectors cleaned, and new air filter. About to change the 02 sensors, order a new crank case hose on top of engine if I can find the fitting, and a new PCV valve.

It's not even possible to get 10 mpg in a Focus, running wrong or not.
If it did use 5-6 gallon of gas in 60 miles, you are leaking gas from somewhere.

How accurate do you suspect the odometer is?
How accurate is the fuel level gauge?

I am guessing one of those is way off, or you made in incorrect estimation at some point.
