Unhappy hid problems

i just got my kit today me and buddy plug everything with relay and nothing at all anybody got ideas or hint or something to help us please let me know
were runnig out of idead i have a 2002 focus we everything was plug right realy on battery please some help thank you

did you try fliping the plug and pluging in on bothsides thats what my fogs did i had to put it in on the opposite the stock plug

Posted via FF Mobileyou can plus in the oval plug and if it dosent work try turning it 180 degrees and pluging it in on the oposite side
