Problems with the tail lights

Just installed new tail lights (leds) and my fuses keep getting blown and I get no lighting. Any Ideas how to fix this?

I would re-check the wiring first.
Is everything connected correctly and properly wrapped (insullated) to avoid grounding out?

Yeah I will check my ground wires, tail lights have 3 ground wires and the car has 2 only so I had to double up on one but i'll switch it around and see how it goes.
