Borrow/Rent Heat Knife -milwaukee area

I only need it for one use, so no sense in buying a good one. Looking to rent /borrow a heat knife for cutting up some thicker plastic. Would like for a weekend if possible.

Im located in west allis wi, so milwaukee area would be best.

Lmk

he said thicker plastic, so maybe a machete and a bag of charcoal to heat it up?

Would this be something a hardware store rents? I know the home depots/lowes by me have various power tools and things to rent. I am assuming the ones i see online to buy for like $20 are only for cutting soft foam?

Yeah, the $20 ones wont do the trick. I might have to look into the renting thing. Not sure if they will, but if they dont, i guess a power saw could work, just much more sanding and correction work when i cut off my finger.. LOL

I have a decent throwing knife collection.. not a machete, and i lost my tomahawk about 25' up in a tree at my parents house trying to scare a loud squirrel.. my father doesn't know its up there.
