Parking sensors failing

Hello
Searched for awnsers but didīt find it.
(might be because english is not my language of choise)

Have a problem with parking sensors in my 2012 focus.
Got front, back and automatic parking.

I get the message there is a problem with te system and it shuts down.
But how do I trouble shoot it?

The message usualy comes so quick there is no time to listen or feel the sensors.
But some times it takes a while longer and if there is somthing close by it works properly, for 2 or 3 seconds.

Tried to disconnect the battery to give me more time but did not help.

Bought a new one and swapped the rear ones one at the time but the same problem. Maby there are 2 faulty ones.
The ones in the front is a bit messier to reach.....

Or could it be the head unit?

Does anyone know or have any thoughts??

Sadly, with that you are most likely at the mercy of a Ford service manual or the dealer.
